Malpede, Weil, and Love

Britta Love (GGI-IMA ’16) and Lise Weil (Faculty Member) speaking about “The Hard Problems: Consciousness, Embodiment, Sex” in a Talkback session following one of the last performances of Karen Malpede’s cli-fi play “Other Than We” at La Mama Theater in New York on November 29. The conversation kicked off with Britta describing her progress through GGI as a Consciousness Studies student with a focus on Embodiment Studies. In the words of Malpede  (to their right on the stage) “Wonderful, wacky, ecofeminist, sexually liberated, so much nonbinary there is no word for it, holistic-love-spectrum, psychedelic talk-back with Lise Weil and Britta Love.”  To find out more about the play and Talkback session:
